Ms. Safiya Winn, 36, of 103 Casa Del Rio Drive Anderson, SC, passed away on April 14, 2016 at AnMed Health Medical Center.

She was born in New York to JoAnn Winn and Willie Hampton.

She is survived by her sister, Sonia Winn of New York; a special aunt, Ullary Ham of Anderson, SC; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her mother, JoAnn Winn and maternal grandparents.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 23, 2016 in the Ollie Robinson Brown Memorial Chapel of Marcus D. Brown Funeral Home.  The interment will follow at Westview Cemetery.
