Ms. Marva J. Cowan, 54, of Watson Street in Anderson, SC, passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at AnMed Health Medical Center.

She is survived by one daughter, Felicia Cowan; two sons, Alex Cowan and Corey Cowan; five grandchildren, Tytonna, Jamyuz, Khamiye, Rydasia, and Jasmine; one sister, Shelda  (Eugene) Clinkscales; two brothers, Robert Mattox and Anthony Bell; four  nephews, Landis, Seurgio, Kelci, and Sheldon; one niece, Geneen; one god-son, Daylan Young; and a host other relatives and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Arotha Lee Cowan; two daughters; and one sister, Sheila D. Cowan.

The memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 24, 2017 in the Ollie Robinson Brown Memorial Chapel of Marcus D. Brown Funeral Home.

The family is at the home of her daughter, Felicia Cowan, 133 Gamewell Court Anderson, SC 29624.
