Mr. William Franklin Walker (age 51) was born July 26, 1971 to the parents of William and Carrie Walker. He departed this life on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at McCall Hospice in Simpsonville, SC.
William joined New Prospect Baptist Church at an early age. He graduated from Pendleton High School in 1989. He was employed at Kravet Plant for many years. He enjoyed watching football, especially the Clemson Tigers. In his pastime, he loved fishing and spending time with his family. He truly loved his kids and grandkids.
He leaves fond memories to his parents, William and Carrie Walker; sons, Marquise Walker, Raquan Patterson, Deondre Patterson, Malcolm Walker and Kobe Patterson; daughters, LaKorya Patterson, Tamia Patterson and Keyona Walker; four grandchildren; brothers, Robert Walker, Phillip Walker (Rebecca), Carl Adams and Thomas Handy; sister-in-law, Debbie Walker Washington; and a host of relatives.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Montgomery and Willie Dean Walker, Augusta and James D. Malone and Hubertine Jones.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 30, 2023 at New Prospect Baptist Church (Townville). The interment will follow in the church cemetery. Public viewing Thursday from 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family is at the home of his parents, William and Carrie Walker, 415 Cedar Grove Road, Townville, SC 29689.
