Vernon Wayne Wiley

Mr. Vernon Wayne Wiley was born in Anderson, SC on March 30, 1968 to the late Montez Gibson Wiley and Roy Edward Wiley, Sr. 

Vernon was baptized at an early age at Snow Hill Baptist Church.  He graduated from Westside High School in 1986.  After graduation, he went to Demark Technical College.  He graduated from Demark in 1988 with an Autobody Degree.  Later he began his career at various auto shops.  In 2018, Vernon and his wife, Sandra started Wiley-Robinson Sanitation Company.  Vernon took pride in operating his business and was very excited to start this new venture.

Vernon never met a stranger.  He loved to have fun and watch the Pittsburgh Steelers play.  He also enjoyed dancing, fishing, cleaning cars, and playing dominoes.
He will be dearly missed by his wife, Sandra Kay Robinson-Wiley; his son, Bralon Geer; two step-sons, Shawn Robinson and Braylin Robinson; four grandchildren; five sisters, Cynthia D. (Michael) Williams, Miriam Wiley, Mary Wiley, Marcia Wiley all of Anderson, SC and Joyce Wiley of Columbia, SC; two brothers Roy (Emma) Wiley Jr. and Kelvin (Sandra) Wiley both of Anderson, SC, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday February 12, 2023 at Snow Hill Baptist Church.  The interment will follow in the church cemetery.  Public viewing Saturday from 1:00 - 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
