Shirley Ann McIntosh was born March 15, 1955 to James and Ruby McIntosh. She departed this life on March 16, 2026 at Callie and John Rainey Hospice House. Shirley was a dedicated employee of Perx's Car Wash and Little Pigs Barbecue for a number of years.
She leaves to cherish her seven sisters, Doris McIntosh, Betty A. Williams, Carol (David) Brock, Lisa McIntosh, and Joyce McIntosh all of Anderson, SC, Annie J. McIntosh of Greer, SC and Etta J. Greenlee of Baltimore, MD; three brothers, Mark McIntosh, David McIntosh, and Leroy Garrison all of Anderson, SC and a host of relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Edward McIntosh and Ruby Griffin McIntosh; three sisters, Judy F. McIntosh, Teresa McIntosh, and Linda G. McIntosh; and three brothers, Johnny McIntosh, James McIntosh, and Ricky McIntosh.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 22, 2026 in the Ollie Robinson Brown Memorial Chapel of Marcus D. Brown Funeral Home. The interment will follow at Anderson Memorial Gardens. Public viewing will be held on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family is at the home of her brother, David McIntosh, 1020 Bleckley Street Anderson, SC 29625.
