Shannon Demeco Little was born March 18, 1978 in Royston, GA to Nellie Hayes and Milton Little. Shannon entered eternal rest on April 28, 2025 at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
Shannon attended Stephen County High School and went on to attend North Georgia Technical College to follow his dream of becoming a chef. He later began working at EuWe Eugen Wexler Plastics Inc., where he gained many friends. Shannon had a great love for cooking and sports. He was a huge Atlanta Braves fan, Atlanta Falcons fan, and Georgia Bulldogs fan. Shannon loved spending quality time with his loved ones.
Shannon leaves behind to celebrate his life, wife, Sandra Little; daughters, Delaysia Little and Nylayshia Howard; sons, Quentavis Little, Keilan Tarniah, Andrelton Little, Derek Maxwell, Michael Geter and Kemon Geter; granddaughter, Ivory Geter and grandson, Derrion Maxwell; mother, Nellie Hayes (James); father, Milton Little; a dear friend, Bernard Holloway; as well as a host of family and friends.
Shannon was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Luther V. Mayfield and Rosa Turner Mayfield; paternal grandparents, Roebuck and Frances Little; mother-in-law, Carolyn Jean Geter Fuller; and a niece, Shakela Rucker-Campbell.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 8, 2025 in the Ollie Robinson Brown Memorial Chapel of Marcus D. Brown Funeral Home. The interment will follow at Westview Cemetery. Public viewing will be held Wednesday from 1:00 until 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
