Sarah Ann (Richardson) Johnson

Mrs. Sarah Ann Richardson Johnson, 77, of Starr, SC, passed away on Thursday, May 8, 2025 at Callie and John Rainey Hospice House.  Sarah was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.

She is survived by her two sons, Christopher Maurice Johnson and Cedric Deon Johnson; four grandchildren; her mother, Rosa Mae Reed Richardson; two sisters, Roberta Richardson and Joann Anderson; and two brothers, Calvin Richardson and William Richardson; and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Roger Johnson; father, James Allen Richardson, Jr.; two grandchildren, Brittney Reed and Julian Williams; and two brothers, Bobby Lee Richardson and Wayne Richardson.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at Pine Grove Baptist Church in Iva.  The interment will follow in the church cemetery.  Public viewing will be held Monday from 1:00 until 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
