Mr. Sammie Lee Starks was born March 15, 1950 in Greenwood, SC. He departed this life on February 13, 2023 at Linley Park Rehab and Healthcare Center.
Sammie was a good man and will truly be missed. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean "Boo Boo" Wideman.
A special thank you to his caregiver, Viola Wideman of Anderson, SC.
The family will receive friends on Friday, February 17, 2023 in the Ollie Robinson Brown Memorial Chapel of Marcus D. Brown Funeral Home from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.
