Rodriquez Sentell Lindsey

Mr. Rodriquez “Dreak” Sentell Lindsey, age 40, of 310 Camelia Dr. Anderson, SC, passed away on Sunday, November 21,2021 at AnMed Health Medical Center. He was born in Anderson to Carolyn Heard Lindsey (Lorenzo Heard) and the late Robert Lee Wideman. He was also raised by two of his aunts, Mae Frances Williams and the late Linda Sue Lindsey. He was an employee of Sam’s Club and Modern Dry Cleaners of Anderson.  He was a graduate of T.L. Hanna.  

Rodriquez was a dedicated father to his children, Nolan Lindsey, Cheniya Lindsey, and Kingston Lindsey. They will truly miss his presence and his funny and crazy ways.  He will be missed dearly by his three sisters, Kayla Lindsey, Jermeika Whitfield, and Jasmin Collins; brother, Raluchi Wideman; stepsisters, Latoya (Reginald) Hill; stepbrothers, Marcus and Renzell Heard; bonus sisters, Lisa Williams, Mary Williams, and Ilesha Williams; bonus brothers, Robert Williams, Corey Watt, Antonio Lindsey, and Frankie Teasley; his girlfriend, Kourtney Galloway; a host of nieces and nephews and very close friends and family that he considered his brothers and sisters. 

He preceded in death by his father, Robert Lee Wideman and his grandparents.

Public viewing will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021 from 1:00 until 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

The funeral service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 28, 2021 in the Ollie Robinson Brown Memorial Chapel of Marcus D. Brown Funeral Home.  The interment will follow at New Silverbrook Cemetery. 

The family is at the home of his mother, Carolyn Lindsey Heard, 1051 Erskine Road Anderson, SC 29621.
