Rev. Shirley Ann (Starks) Johnson

Rev. Shirley Ann Starks Johnson, 73, of 308 Hillside Circle in Iva, SC, passed away on Friday, October 28, 2022 at AnMed Health Medical Center.

She will be dearly missed by her devoted husband, Rev. Floyd Johnson; her two loving sons, Eddie Johnson and Rodney Johnson; one brother, Jimmy Starks; two aunts, Mary Richardson and Alice Donaldson; uncle, Bobby L. Brownlee; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Jo Starks and her daughter, Erica Marketa Johnson.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 6, 2022 at Flat Rock A.M.E. Church.  The interment will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at M.J. "Dolly" Cooper Veterans Cemetery.  Public viewing Saturday, November 5, 2022 1:00 - 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
