Mildred Dennis

Ms. Mildred Dennis was born May 3, 1948 in Anderson, SC to the Late Gus "Bub" and Ollie Virginia Jones Dennis. She departed this life on January 7, 2024.

At the early age she joined Cross Road C.M.E. Church. She sang on the choir.

She leaves to cherish fond memories her daughter, Tonique (Martez) Robinson and two grandchildren Sydney and Kanan Robinson. Also four sisters, Martha Glenn of Iva, SC; Virginia Ladson, Patricia Thompson, and Gloria Dennis and one brother Douglas Dennis all from Anderson, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by four sisters, Lena Dennis, Ellen Ruth Crosby, Mary Dennis, and Hazel Dennis; five brothers, Mack Dennis, Harold Dennis, Chan Dennis, Louie Dennis and Harper Dennis.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 14, 2024 at Cross Road C.M.E. Church.  The interment will follow in the church cemetery. Public viewing Saturday from 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
