Marshall Willingham

Mr. Marshall Willingham was born in Anderson County, South Carolina on September 11, 1954 to the late Ben Willingham, Sr. and Carrie Bell Roebuck Willingham.  He was married 22 years to his wife, Susie Jones Willingham.  Marshall departed this life on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at Cottingham House in Seneca, SC.

Marshall enjoyed farming, going fishing, watching Gun Smoke, wrestling, and Clemson Tigers.  He was employed with Dobbins Cattle Farm for 52 years.

He will be greatly missed by his wife, Susie Willingham; his two daughters, Heather Willingham and Nichelle Willingham; stepson reared in the home, Johnathan (Amanda) Jones; four brothers, Ben (Jackie) Willingham, Jr., Roy Willingham, Sylvester Willingham, and David Willingham, sixteen grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Deborah Jones; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, co-workers, and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Mozelle Brown and three brothers, Joe Allen Willingham, Arthur Lee Willingham, and Ricky Willingham.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 in the Ollie Robinson Brown Memorial Chapel of Marcus D. Brown Funeral Home.  Public viewing Monday from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. 

The family is at the home, 411 Cedar Grove Road in Townville, SC.
