Marie Groves Obituary
Mrs. Marie Groves, 80, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at NHC Anderson.
She is survived by her children, Julia (James) Richardson, Mary (Barry) Smith, and Larry (Hannah) Groves; a special niece, Ann (Bob) Richardson; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Groves, Jr.; son, Albert Groves III; four sisters, Janice Mae Hughes, Susie Hatten, Bessie Rice and Mildred Whitfield; and three brothers, Grady Goodine, George Goodine, and Richard Goodine.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 30, 2020 at Westview Cemetery.
Friends may pay their respects and send floral arrangements on Saturday from 1:00 - 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
