Margaret Virginia (Spencer) Craft

Mrs. Margaret Virginia Spencer Craft was born in Oconee County, South Carolina on July 4, 1931 to Cato and Katie Spencer.  She passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2023. 

Margaret was a member of New Hope Baptist Church.  She retired from the Pickens County Health Department as a Nurse.

She will be dearly missed by her daughter, Karry Craft Walker; her grandson, Justin Walker; and a host of relatives.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Craft, Jr.; parents, Cato and Katie Parks Spencer; her son, Thomas Edward Craft; two sisters, Geneva Brownlee and Martha Jackson; and one brother, Samuel “Sam” Spencer.

The graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, November 6, 2023 at Memory Gardens.  Public viewing from 1:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.  The family is at the home.
