Joseph “Joey” Charles Morreale Jr. met Jesus face-to-face on August 10, 2020 (he was 60 years old). Joey passed at the Cottingham Hospice House in Seneca, SC after a long-fought illness with his sisters Claudia Hinton and Julie Banker by his side. Joey was born in Teaneck, NJ on September 1959, grew up in Oakland, NJ and lived in Pompano Beach, FL and Anderson, SC where he had many friends. His beloved canine Buddy was his best friend and companion. Joey enjoyed many hobbies and loved detailing cars and boats. Above all, Joey loved Jesus, was compassionate to others, and shared the gospel with everyone he met.

Joey is survived by his sisters Christina Lance from North Carolina, Teress Yeomans from Alaska, Claudia Hinton from Anderson and Julie Banker from Seneca. There are also three brothers-in-law, seven nieces and nephews and thirteen great nieces and nephews. His parents Joseph Charles Morreale Sr. and Louise Raimondi Morreale Hudspeth are also deceased.

Joey will be laid to rest next to his momma and a celebration of life will be held in the future. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cottingham Hospice House in Seneca, SC, in memory of Joseph Charles Morreale Jr.
