James Hall Obituary
Mr. James Albert Hall was born March 29, 1961 in Anderson, South Carolina to Eddie and Dorothy Mae Ervin Hall. He departed this life on Saturday, August 16, 2025 at Linlely Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.
James joined Salem Baptist Church at a young age. He worked for many years in the construction industry.
He will be missed by his sons, Christopher Alexander and Antonio Heard; four grandchildren, Trindy Heard, AJ Heard, Nia Heard, and Malani Daniels; one sister, Donna Scott; two brothers, Felix Hall and Edward Hall; honorary daughter, Zabrina McIntosh and honorary granddaughter, Vyolett Gatewood; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a special friend, Bridget McIntosh; and five brothers.
The family is at the home of his sister, Donna Scott, 313 W. Roosevelt Drive, Anderson, SC.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 21, 2025 in the Ollie Robinson Brown Memorial Chapel of Marcus D. Brown Funeral Home. Public viewing from 1:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
