Obituary
Gregory Tyrone Oliver was born December 14, 1957 and departed this earth on March 18, 2023 after a lengthy illness at Richard Campbell VA Nursing Center. He served in United States Army after high school. Greg was a formal construction worker after the military.
He is survived by his mother, Margaret Oliver Edwards, sisters, Helen Patterson, Ava (Kim) Wall, Erica Marion, and Olsey (Gilbert) Espinosa; brothers, Charles Dickie Edwards, and Freddie Edwards; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2023 in the Ollie Robinson Brown Memorial Chapel of Marcus D. Brown Funeral Home. Public viewing will be held on Friday from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment and Military honors will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 17 at M.J. "Dolly" Cooper Veterans Cemetery.
