Glenda Maxwell Obituary
Glenda Doreece Maxwell was born in Anderson, South Carolina on September 21, 1964. She departed this life on Wednesday, November 14, 2023 at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital.
She will be dearly missed by her mother, Rosa M. Whitner Maxwell; two daughters, Portia Bennett and Brittney Dacus; one son, Lawrence Bennett; five grandchildren; two sisters, Brenda Paul and Sharon Johnson; one brother, William Thomas Maxwell, Jr.; and host of relatives.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Thomas Maxwell.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 19, 2023 in the Ollie Robinson Brown Memorial Chapel of Marcus D. Brown Funeral Home. The interment will follow at Westview Cemetery. Public viewing will be held on Saturday from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
The family is at the home, 119 Rucker Road Anderson, SC.
