Eula Bell Wright Crawford, age 88, of East Point, GA, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2025 at her home. She was born April 15, 1936 to the late Gary and Eula Mae Paul Wright.
Eula was in the first class to graduate from J.S. Wright High School. After moving to Atlanta, she started attending Hillside International Truth Center in Atlanta, GA, under the late Dr. Barbara King. She was a member of the usher board and the mother's board. She was a faithful member until her health declined. She retired from Nabisco after 30 years of dedicated service.
She leaves to cherish her memory, four sons, Roscoe Crawford (Rita), James Crawford, William P. Crawford, and Jasper Crawford all of Atlanta, GA; three grandchildren, Torey Turner (Jalencia), Angela Aull (James), and Desiree Crawford all of Atlanta, GA; one goddaughter, Danielle Williams (Walter); seven great-grandchildren, Jared Daniel, David Ware, Jordan Billingslea, Kingston Turner, Derrick Aull, Blake Turner, and Walter Williams, Jr. of Atlanta, GA; one brother, Ananais Wright of Anderson, SC; two sisters, Marie (Tommy) Sullivan of Honea Path, SC and Lena M. Wright of Iva, SC; and a host of relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gary and Eula Mae Paul Wright; one sister, Catherine Wright; and five brothers, William, Leroy, Albert, Willie, and Jesse Wright.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 in the Ollie Robinson Brown Memorial Chapel of Marcus D. Brown Funeral Home. The interment will follow at New Silver Brook Cemetery. Public viewing will be held Tuesday from 1:00 until 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
