Elmer was born May 29, 1945 to the late Elmer and Hattie W. Williams. He was married to the late Evelyn Williams and through that union two children were born.
He leaves to cherish fond memories to his daughter Hattie L. Williams of Pendleton, SC, son Elmo (Nicole) Williams of Powdersville, SC and one grandson Caleb Harper of Cullowee, NC. He is also survived by one sister, Lela Harris of Knoxville, TN and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by two sisters Eloise W. Allen and Sallie W. McBride and two brothers William L. Williams and J.B. Williams.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 3, 2022 in the Ollie Robinson Brown Memorial Chapel of Marcus D. Brown Funeral Home. Public viewing will be held on Wednesday from 1:00 until 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
