Edward Bell Obituary

Edward Glenn Bell was born in Anderson County, South Carolina on March 31, 1958.  He departed this life on Sunday, May 8, 2022.  Edward loved old cars and he loved to draw.  His smile and kind personality will be missed.

He will be dearly missed by his loving wife, Alethea Kemp Bell; one son, Sherrell Kemp, one daughter, Tiffany Hopkins; two grandchildren, Matthias Kemp and Amaris Kemp; one sister, JoAnn Bell; three brothers, Sylvester Bell, Melvin Bell, and Robert Bell; one daughter-in-law, Rebecca Kemp; one son-in-law, Derrick Hopkins; two sisters-in-law, Yvonne Bell and Cathleen Bell; and a host of relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Julia Ann Willingham Bell and one brother, Jimmy Bell.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 12, 2022 at New Silverbrook Cemetery.  Public viewing will be held on Wednesday from 1:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m.
