Eaner Patricia Weaks

Eaner P. White Weaks was born to the late Johnnie and Mamie White on June 23, 1946 in Anderson SC. She departed this life on October 5, 2024 at AnMed Health Medical Center in Anderson SC.

Eaner graduated from Westside High School in 1964. After graduating, she moved to Washington, DC and met Johnny Weaks.  On November 6, 1966, Johnny and Eaner married and through this union, they had two children, Tammie and Troy.  Eaner was employed by The Church of the Little Flower for 36 years.  She was a much loved employee by all.  She retired in 2021. 

In addition to her parents,  she was preceded in death by her husband Johnny, son Troy, daughter Tammie, sisters Gwendolyn F. Turner and Rochella V. Rice, and three brothers Broadus, John E. and Leslie White.

Eaner leaves to cherish her memories, one sister Brenda W. Thompson of Anderson SC, six sisters-in-law, and a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. 

The family will receive friends on Monday, October 14, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at Marcus D. Brown Funeral Home.  Funeral services and burial will be held at a later date in Maryland.
