Curtis Nathaniel Willmon

Curtis Willmon, age 85, was born in Anderson County, South Carolin on July 16, 1940.  He passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at Upstate Community Hospice Home-Agape Care in Spartanburg County, South Carolina.

Curtis was the son of the late Ilease  Willmon Dixon and the grandson of the late Willie Willmon, Lillian Willmon-Aiken, and John Aiken.

After retirement from Jackson Ice Cream Company in Denver, Colorado, he returned home to Pendleton, South Carolina. 

Curtis lived a life of love, laughter, and generosity.  Left to cherish his memories, his sister, Delores Hellams; two nieces, Tammy Wright and Charlene Lafountain; a great niece; two great nephews; and a host of cousins, great cousins, great-great cousins, family members, and friends.

Mr. Willmon's inurnment will be held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at Anderson Memorial Gardens.
