Obituary
Mr. Charles Tucker was born in Anderson, South Carolina on July 3, 1964. He passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2023.
Charles graduated from McDuffie High School. He started working at Perx's Car Wash after he graduated from high school. He retired from Perx's after 30 years of dedicated service.
Charles was a very outgoing person. He enjoyed being around family and friends. He loved to tell jokes and make people laugh. He will be greatly missed by his sisters, Jacquelyn Walker and Mary Vance; brother, Gregory Tucker; a special cousin and caregiver, Janice Thomas; and a host of relatives and close friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Mamie Lee Tucker and Charles Pennygraft; his grandmother, Mamie R. Tucker; and two brothers, Quentin "Toobie" Tucker and Robert Pennygraft.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 21, 2023 in the Ollie Robinson Brown Memorial Chapel of Marcus D. Brown Funeral Home. The interment will follow at Westview Cemetery. Public viewing will be held on Monday from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
