Barbara Lois (Jones) Williams

Barbara Lois Williams was born December 14, 1954 to the late Winfield and Emma Jones.  She peacefully entered into her eternal rest on September 9, 2024. 

The beloved mother of Alfred Jones of Fort Washington, MD and Kanisha “Carmel” Williams of Greenville, SC was loved by everyone with whom she blessed her beautiful smile and gorgeous eyes.  All of family and friends enjoyed her caring and giving spirit. 

Along with her children, she leaves to cherish her memory, grandchildren, Taevon “Torrie” Holbrook of Winston Salem, NC, Bryan Williams of Anderson, SC, Pedrick and Helen Williams of Greenville, SC, Sydney Langston and Christopher Jones of Fort Washington, MD; great-grandchildren, Jo’Siah and ArZiyah Williams of Anderson, SC, Jamarian, Taelin, Talajah, Tave', Trevon, and Javonte' Holbrook of Winston Salem, NC and Prosper Emma Williams of Greenville, SC; brothers, James “Clayton” Jones of Anderson, SC, Robert “Robbie” Jones, Sr. of Seneca, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and close friends. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Winifield and Emma Jones; three brothers, Donnie Ray Jones, Carl Douglas Jones, Sr., and Harvey “Butch” Jones, Sr.; a niece reared in the home, Sherdine “Punkin” Clark; and nephew Michael “Mike” Jones. 

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 15, 2024 at Snow Hill Baptist Church.  The interment will follow in the church cemetery.  Public viewing Saturday from 1:00 - 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
