Alicia Terry Rice

Ms. Alicia T. Rice, 62, of 1733 Refuge Road, Pendleton, SC departed her life August 28, 2024 at her home. She was born on February 6, 1962 to the late Fannie Mae Aikens and Melvin Rice. She was a member of Silver Spring Baptist Church.

She leaves behind to cherish fond memories, her twin sister, Patricia Johnson; four nieces, Sonya (Richard) Cobb, Cassandra Rice, Hope Brock, and Britany Rice; four nephews, Brandon Rice, Anthony Johnson, Cory Johnson, and John A. Brock; five great-nieces, Deja Rice, Destini Jones, Destiny Johnson, Kristina Brock, Seaniya Clinkscales, and Jasmine Brock; five great nephews, Tyrese Johnson, Jah'merious Clinkscales, Brandon C. Rice, Collin R. Rice, and Bryce K. Rice; aunts, Johnanna Rice, Nettie Rachel, and Dorothy A. Austin; and a host of relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Fannie Mae Rice; father, Melvin Rice; sisters, Jennifer Rice Greenlee and Penny Teresa Rice; one brother, Ray Darren Rice; one aunt, Annie L. Vandiver; two uncles, Floyd Rice and William Aikens; and one niece, Nicole Greenlee.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at Silver Spring Baptist Church in Pendleton, SC.  The interment will follow at Memory Gardens.  Public viewing Monday from 1:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
