Mr. Pat Charles "Snake" Mackey, age 57, of 219 Leona Drive in Iva, SC, passed away on July 27, 2016 at AnMed Health Medical Center.  

He is survived by his mother, Rev. Mary Lou Mackey; son, Patrick McBride; step-son, Chantommie McBride; two grandchildren, Keylan McBride and Zy-Keveius McBride; godson, Ashton Levi Paul; three sisters, Rebecca Mackey, Louise Mackey and Mary Mackey-Simpson; four brothers, James Mackey, Tommy Mackey, Otis Mackey and Jeffery Mackey; and a host of loving family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Otis Junior Mackey and one brother, Roger Mackey.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, August 1, 2016 at Belmont Church of God in Anderson, SC.  The interment will follow at Anderson Memorial Gardens.
