Otis Scotland was born in Anderson County, South Carolina to Etoy Scotland and Otha Smith on January 4, 1943.  He passed away on October 23, 2016 at Rainey Hospice House.

Otis is survived by his loving uncle, Randolph Scotland; aunts, Doris Scotland and Queenella Watkins; and a host of cousins.  

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Timothy Scotland. 

A graveside service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at Southlawn Memorial Gardens.

The family is at the home of his uncle and aunt, Randolph and Doris Scotland, 4413 Flatrock Road Iva, SC.
