Mrs. Janie M. Webb Pringle, 81, passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at AnMed Health Medical Center.  She was born in Anderson County, SC to the late Rev. Peter and Helen Mattison Webb.  She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her one granddaughter, Tasha Dendy; one great-granddaughter, T'Ayuna Dendy; one brother, Larry Webb; and a host nieces, nephews and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Peter and Helen Mattison Webb; one son, Freddy Webb; and four siblings, Dorothy Mae Hanks, Marcus Webb, Glennie Hagood and Margaret Martin.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 3, 2016 in the Ollie Robinson Brown Memorial Chapel of Marcus D. Brown Funeral Home.  The interment will follow at Webb Cemetery.

The family is at the home of her niece, Malinda Hanks-Sims, 1006 Cherry Street Ext. Pendleton, SC.
