Ida Ruth Paul

Mrs. Ida Ruth Paul, 88, of 2515 McKinley Drive in Anderson, SC, passed away on Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Ellenburg Nursing Center.

She is survived by her daughters, Linda Brown, Jeanette Scotland, and Bobbie Martin; one son, David Paul; eleven grandchildren; stepchildren, John Paul, Jr., Lorean Paul, J.L. Paul, James C. Paul, Sammie Paul, Jerry Paul, Esther Campbell, and Raymond Paul; one sister, Annie Padden; and four brothers, Boyce Gilliard, Troy Gilliard, James Adger Gilliard, and Warren F. Gilliard.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Lee Paul; parents, Leroy and Maggie Hill Gilliard; daughter, Maggie Martin; three sisters, Hattie Lois Glenn, Naomi Lyons, and Mary Keys; and one brothers, Hugh David Gilliard.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 3, 2018 at Generostee Baptist Church.  The interment will follow in the church cemetery.  The family is at the home, 2515 McKinley Drive Anderson, SC 29621.
