Eva Mae Hall

Mrs. Evae Mae Hall, 73, of 309 Bryoles Street in Anderson, SC, passed away on Monday, February 19, 2018.

Eva Mae joined Mt. Carmel C.M.E. Church, where she was a very active member.  She worked for McDuffie High School in the cafeteria for forty-seven years and at Head Start for five years before retiring from Anderson School District Five.

She is survived by her four children and one step-son, Bobby Hunter, Sandra Thompson, Janice Gray, Nicholas Hall, and Sammy Geer; seven grandchildren (one reared in the home, Kayle Hall); fourteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Thomas "J.T." Hall and her parents, Mattie Bell Garrison and J.P. Hunter.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, February 25, 2018 at First Baptist Church.  The interment will follow at Westview Cemetery.

The family is at the home, 309 Bryoles Street Anderson, SC 29624.
