Mrs. Earlene Cheatum Gilliard, 79, of McNeil Drive in Anderson, SC, passed away on Monday, January 30, 2017 at Rainey Hospice House.  

She is survived by her husband, James Gilliard; three daughters, Myra Beavers, Veronica Harris, and Allison Harris all of Connecticut; one son, Antoine Harris of Indiana; two step-children, Frances Paul and Andrew Gilliard; and a host of grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alexander and Alice Womack Cheatum.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, February 6, 2017 at Generostee Baptist Church (Starr, SC).  The interment will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 6:00 - 7:00 P.M.
